For some reason, the company name associated with the customer is showing up in the dispatch e-mail instead of the company name associated with the delivery address. Unfortunately, this is confusing to our drivers when dealing, for example, with a medical rep. The driver does not need to know that the rep they are delivering to is with a particular company, but he does need to know if there is a company name on the doctors' office to which he is delivering. Is there any easy way we can change this so our drivers get better information?
