Does anyone have a set training program for new CSR's on DMS. We are developing a little training manual to train new CSR's and was wondering if anyone had some possible training material they are willing to share.
I'd like to be able to have different kinds of orders that they can enter into the DMS system that contain most (if not all) of the issues they will encounter when entering orders. Right now, it's a 'We'll help them with that when they encounter it' kind of thing.
